Location: Onsite/Hybrid
Pay:  $23/hr W2
Duration:  6 Months

Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Implementation Analyst to join our Private Wealth Management (PWM) Operations team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized professional to collaborate closely with PWM Advisor Teams, Legal, Compliance, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) departments to facilitate account opening and maintenance for high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will combine strong customer service, documentation, and risk management skills with a commitment to delivering a seamless onboarding experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process by reviewing and validating documentation for new PWM accounts.

  • Partner with PWM Advisors and internal departments to ensure client documents are complete, accurate, and submitted timely.

  • Perform due diligence and review accounts for compliance with AML and Know Your Client (KYC) regulations.

  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, and AML teams to resolve account issues or discrepancies.

  • Process and track client requests for additional account services such as options trading, margin, checking, and debit cards.

  • Verify data integrity across internal systems to ensure correct setup for statements, reporting, and cash services.

  • Actively contribute to improvements in onboarding processes and documentation workflows.

  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by managing expectations and resolving issues efficiently.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and web-based applications.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

  • Excellent problem-solving and judgment skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, or 4 licenses.

  • Foreign language proficiency.

  • 1+ years of experience in the financial services industry, particularly in AML, Compliance, or Client Onboarding.
