Job Title: Loan Closer (LoanIQ)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Syndicated Loan Closer to join our Lending Operations team. This contractor role will support increasing volumes in syndicated loan closings, with responsibilities that include interpreting complex credit agreements and onboarding data into LoanIQ. The ideal candidate will have current, hands-on experience with LoanIQ and possess strong communication and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end closing process for syndicated loans.

• Interpret syndicated credit agreements and extract relevant terms and provisions.

• Onboard credit agreement data into the LoanIQ system with a high level of accuracy.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and counterparties to ensure smooth and timely closings.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with operational procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Communicate effectively and professionally, particularly during escalations or high-volume periods.

Top Required Skills:

• LoanIQ: Must be actively using the system in a professional capacity.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and tracking.

• Deep understanding of syndicated credit agreements and lending structures.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including de-escalation abilities.
