Job Title: Junior Banker Assistant
Location: Houston, TX
Job Type: Full-Time Contract
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Junior Banking Assistant to provide support across multiple teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, along with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Manage calendars and schedule meetings using Microsoft Outlook, ensuring optimal time management.
Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word and Excel with a high degree of accuracy.
Monitor and respond to emails, manage communication flow, and follow up on action items.
Coordinate and support virtual and in-person meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes.
Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and team coordination.
Work collaboratively across multiple teams, adapting to shifting priorities and timelines.
Maintain professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Take initiative to solve scheduling or administrative issues independently and efficiently.
Represent the team with a professional and approachable demeanor.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across email, phone, and Zoom.
Comfortable working with team members and leaders at all organizational levels.
Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Flexible and adaptable, capable of supporting multiple teams in a dynamic setting.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
0–1 years of professional experience in an administrative, coordination, or customer service role.
Prior internship or volunteer experience in an administrative or office setting.
Exposure to Zoom, Teams, or other virtual collaboration platforms.
