Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst – SaaS Revenue Reporting

Location:  New York, NY - Onsite
Pay:  $60-70/hr - W2 ONLY, NO C2C
Contract Duration:  17 Months

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to support data management, revenue reporting, and dashboard development. This role will play a key part in maintaining data accuracy, synthesizing key business trends, and partnering with Finance to inform strategic decisions—particularly around Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Sales Renewable Base (SRB) in a SaaS model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain databases to ensure data integrity, availability, and security.

• Generate, validate, and report on Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Sales Renewable Base (SRB) metrics.

• Build, enhance, and maintain BI dashboards and reporting tools to deliver clear and actionable insights.

• Analyze and synthesize data to support trend identification and strategic planning.

• Provide technical documentation and user support for dashboards and reports.

• Coordinate report validation and testing efforts to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Communicate regularly with Finance stakeholders to align reporting capabilities with evolving business needs.

• Review or create technical design documentation to support reporting solutions.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred.

• Strong SQL skills and experience managing relational databases.

• Proficiency with Salesforce and extracting/reporting data from CRM systems.

• Understanding of SaaS business models, including concepts like ARR and renewals.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

• Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
