Job Title: Project Manager (Capital Markets / Sales & Trading)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented End-to-End (E2E) Project Manager with a strong background in Capital Markets and/or Sales and Trading environments. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in coordinating complex projects, managing risks and issues, maintaining key documentation, and ensuring successful delivery across cross-functional teams.
Coordinate end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely execution of deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
Maintain comprehensive RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
Develop and track detailed project plans, including tasks and sub-tasks across multiple workstreams.
Create status reports and dashboards for key stakeholders and senior management.
Facilitate regular project meetings and calls; document meeting minutes and Key Business Decisions (KBDs).
Organize and manage project documentation and artifacts via SharePoint or equivalent tools.
Support project governance processes, including stakeholder communications, issue escalation, and resolution tracking.
Work collaboratively with technology and business teams in Capital Markets or Sales & Trading.
5 to 10 years of project management experience in financial services.
Demonstrated experience in Capital Markets and/or Sales & Trading environments is mandatory.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups).
Experience coordinating and packaging project documentation and executive updates.
Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
