Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Change Measurement Specialist for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients located in St. Louis, MO!

Title: Change Measurement Specialist
Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid schedule)
Duration: 9+ Months
Role Type: W2 Contract Engagement

Job Summary

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with broader change team to design and implement change measurement strategy for R1, including collaborating on insights and recommendations for change interventions
• Monitor, track, and measure change readiness and adoption progress, and create executive level summaries to use for reporting and socializing
• Provide change and communication support for all change related activities for hypercare
• Create and manage the change resistance management plan
