Job Description:

• This role is responsible for the IAM policy management lifecycle leading complex discussions and decisions from both a strategic and technical perspective.
• This position will collaborate with technical SMEs and executives to ensure policy is aligned with the IAM strategy, financial service industry standards and best practices, and is practical and enforceable.
• This role requires a strong understanding of the technical aspects of IAM solutions, tools, and practices, policy adherence monitoring, and policy governance.
• This role will provide technical oversight of the Information Security IAM Domain Policy program and assess and align IAM Policy with financial service industry standards (e.g. NIST, FFIEC) and security best practices (e.g. Zero-Trust)
• 5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management
• 1+ years of experience in policy development and implementation

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong Subject Matter Expertise (SME) experience with IAM principles, technologies, solutions, industry standards and best practices
• Experience with IAM tools and technologies (e.g., Okta, Azure Entra, PAM, IGA, MFA )
• Experience with cloud IAM platforms and related technologies (e.g., Azure, Azure Entra, GCP)
• Experience with DevSecOps practices and integration
• Experience with Policy-as-Code Tools (e.g. Terraform, Azure Resource Manager, Chef, Puppet, Ansible)
• Knowledge of emerging IAM technologies, such as decentralized identity, blockchain-based identity, and passwordless authentication
• Experience with policy adherence automation including Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML)
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Strong understanding with security controls and risk management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP)
