Job Title: Change Enablement Manager
Location: Tampa, FL (Local Candidates Only)
Pay: $45/hr - W2 ONLY
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Potential for Extension)

We are seeking a Change Enablement Manager with a strong background in organizational design and change management to support a high-impact, large-scale transformation initiative. This is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for driving successful adoption of business, system, and technology changes across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate will be based in the Tampa area and possess the ability to lead change across the full project lifecycle—from intake and impact assessment to implementation and post-deployment support. This individual will play a vital role in aligning people, processes, and communication strategies to ensure project success and sustainable change adoption.
Lead and manage change efforts across multiple initiatives, including complex transformation projects.
Develop and execute change enablement strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct change intake sessions, impact analyses, and readiness assessments.
Design and deliver stakeholder engagement plans, risk mitigation strategies, and communication and training activities.
Track and report on change deliverables and metrics, providing regular updates to business and project stakeholders.
Actively participate in project meetings to offer guidance on change-related needs.
Collaborate with HR and other functional teams to align change planning with organizational priorities.
Develop and execute internal communication strategies to ensure understanding and support for change initiatives.
Coordinate with key departments (HR, Marketing, Corporate Communications, etc.) for consistent messaging.
Create and maintain communication assets such as FAQs, scripts, guides, videos, and process documentation.
Identify and assess training needs of impacted teams.
Partner with internal training resources or create training content when needed.
Deliver “train the trainer” sessions and support learning activities across the business.
Promote use of innovative training delivery formats including e-learning and video tutorials.
Support the broader Enterprise Change Enablement program in collaboration with HR leadership.
Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the change team.
Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to ensure standards are maintained.
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, Human Resources, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
Preferred: Certification in change management (Prosci, CCMP, LaMarsh Practitioner, or similar).
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in change enablement or organizational design roles.
Demonstrated success managing change initiatives across the project lifecycle.
Experience in communications, leadership enablement, training development, or enterprise transformation programs.
Previous experience supporting ERP or enterprise-level transformation projects is a plus.
Utility industry experience preferred.
Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Able to lead with influence, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work across departments and at all organizational levels.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (5+ years).
Preferred experience with design and training tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate, or Canva.
