Job Title: ServiceNow AI Engineer
Job Type: Contract (Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)

Project Overview:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to support our enterprise technology teams with the implementation of ServiceNow’s Generative AI capabilities across Core Platform, ITSM, HR Service Delivery, and the Employee Portal/Content teams. This is a high-impact role within a complex, multi-functional engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult on large-scale, complex software engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact.

• Analyze multi-faceted software engineering challenges, including novel and unprecedented issues requiring deep domain expertise.

• Lead or contribute to strategy, planning, and execution for ServiceNow Generative AI implementation projects.

• Ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Define, document, and report on KPIs and metrics of value related to AI-driven ServiceNow capabilities.

Top Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent (e.g., military service, education, training, consulting).

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow engineering/development experience.

• Experience in ServiceNow Generative AI capabilities, including hands-on implementations.

• Proven experience in measuring and reporting value-based outcomes from ServiceNow deployments.

• Strong strategic collaboration and consulting skills with client-facing stakeholders.

Certifications (Preferred but Not Required):

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Preferred Experience:

• Implementation and support of ServiceNow native AI capabilities

• Familiarity with Core Platform, ITSM, HRSD, and Employee Portal components

• Experience in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment
