Title: Scrum Master

Riverwoods, IL

Location: Hybrid

Duration: 6 months

Must Have:

• 5 Plus years of Scrum Master experience
• Agile Methodology.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business.
• 6+ years of experience in Project Management, or related experience • In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience with Project Management, or related experience.
• JIRA.

Nice to Have:

• Cisco Certified Network Associate.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate Voice.
• Cloud Infrastructure.
• Database.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, such as Daily Standup, Sprint Planning,

Sprint Review and Sprint Retro, in addition to collecting and providing relevant data and

metrics.

Act as Servant Leader. Drives team discussion & collaboration, coaching agile principles and

the continuous improvement mindset in addition to helping manage impediment removal by

working closely with other teams and impacted stakeholders
