Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC

Setting: Hybrid

Duration: 12+ months.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager II to join our Enterprise Security IT Support and Delivery department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Application Delivery projects, with a proven track record of using Agile and Hybrid methodologies. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple IT security-related (both Physical and Cyber), Supply Chain and/or Administrative Services projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project progress, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Cyber, Enterprise Protective Services, IT, Administrative Services, Telecom, Supply Chain and other business units, to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project performance against established metrics.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, including senior management and project sponsors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as industry’s best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Gather all project-related data in advance of business leadership meetings and present current status.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on inventory management projects.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with physical security, IT security, or supply chain systems is a plus.
