Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to oversee our software testing processes, ensure quality assurance, and drive test strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in manual testing, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain test strategies, plans, and processes.
Lead and mentor a team of testers, ensuring efficient test execution.
Define and manage test cases, test scripts, and test data.
Conduct functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
Provide test progress reports and recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.).
Hands-on experience with API testing, performance testing, and security testing.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
ISTQB certification (preferred but not mandatory).
