Job Title: Editorial Project Coordinator
Location: Charlotte, NC or Saint Louis, MO
Work Schedule: Hybrid (Mon-Wed in office, Thurs & Fri in office or remote)
We are seeking an Editorial Project Coordinator to manage communications, publications, and reports in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating content creation and review processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency while managing multiple priorities.
Oversee editorial content, ensuring high-quality communication materials.
Route content for subject matter expert (SME) review and approval.
Manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
Work with Adobe Creative Suite to edit and format content.
Maintain strong attention to detail while coordinating multiple projects.
Experience managing communications, publications, or reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Experience working in a deadline-driven environment.
Ability to collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders for content review and approval.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
Background in investment content or financial communications (not required but a plus).
