Job Title: Editorial Project Coordinator

Location: Charlotte, NC  or Saint Louis, MO 
Work Schedule: Hybrid (Mon-Wed in office, Thurs & Fri in office or remote)

Job Description:

We are seeking an Editorial Project Coordinator to manage communications, publications, and reports in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating content creation and review processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee editorial content, ensuring high-quality communication materials.

  • Route content for subject matter expert (SME) review and approval.

  • Manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Work with Adobe Creative Suite to edit and format content.

  • Maintain strong attention to detail while coordinating multiple projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience managing communications, publications, or reports.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • Experience working in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Ability to collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders for content review and approval.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Background in investment content or financial communications (not required but a plus).
