Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions while ensuring compliance with risk management policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions within ServiceNow.

• Perform ServiceNow Development, including scripting, configuration, and integrations.

• Utilize JavaScript (2-4 years) for front-end and back-end development within ServiceNow.

• Work with Node.js (<1 year) to enhance platform functionalities.

• Conduct Risk Assessments, Risk Control, and Risk Management to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ServiceNow solutions with business needs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow configurations and workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience with ServiceNow and ServiceNow Development.

• 2-4 years of experience with JavaScript for customization and automation.

• Basic exposure to Node.js (<1 year) for backend enhancements.

• Experience with Risk Assessments, Risk Control, and Risk Management (<1 year each).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer).

• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM modules in ServiceNow.

• Familiarity with REST API integrations within ServiceNow.
