Procurement Project Manager

Location:  Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 Days on-site)
Pay:  $50/hr - W2 Only
Duration:  9+ Months Contract

Job Summary:
The Third-Party Risk & Vendor Management Specialist will provide centralized support for Global Payments and Liquidity (GPL) vendor needs, including contract management, vendor coordination, and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). This role requires collaboration with key stakeholders and internal support teams to ensure compliance with TPRM policies and processes while managing vendor relationships and mitigating third-party risks.

The ideal candidate will have experience in third-party risk management, procurement, supply chain management, and project coordination. A strong working knowledge of  TPRM Policy, the System for Third-Party Operational Risk Management (STORM), and Microsoft Office applications is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide centralized support for GPL vendor management, including contract administration and risk mitigation.

  • Ensure compliance with Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) policies and processes.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to manage vendor-related risks effectively.

  • Utilize the System for Third-Party Operational Risk Management (STORM) for vendor assessments and risk evaluations.

  • Assist in procurement and supply chain management processes.

  • Support project coordination and management efforts, including tracking progress and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Build strong partnerships with leadership and consult effectively on vendor-related risks and decisions.

  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for documentation, reporting, and communication.

  • Exercise independent judgment and apply creative problem-solving techniques to resolve vendor-related challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of procurement and supply chain management experience.

  • 2+ years of third-party risk management experience.

  • Project coordination and management skills with experience handling vendor relationships.

  • Working knowledge of  TPRM Policy and Processes.

  • Familiarity with the System for Third-Party Operational Risk Management (STORM).

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Strong ability to consult, collaborate, and communicate effectively with leadership.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and independent decision-making capabilities.
