Procurement Project Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 Days on-site)
Pay: $50/hr - W2 Only
Duration: 9+ Months Contract
Job Summary:
The Third-Party Risk & Vendor Management Specialist will provide centralized support for Global Payments and Liquidity (GPL) vendor needs, including contract management, vendor coordination, and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). This role requires collaboration with key stakeholders and internal support teams to ensure compliance with TPRM policies and processes while managing vendor relationships and mitigating third-party risks.
The ideal candidate will have experience in third-party risk management, procurement, supply chain management, and project coordination. A strong working knowledge of TPRM Policy, the System for Third-Party Operational Risk Management (STORM), and Microsoft Office applications is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide centralized support for GPL vendor management, including contract administration and risk mitigation.
Ensure compliance with Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) policies and processes.
Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to manage vendor-related risks effectively.
Utilize the System for Third-Party Operational Risk Management (STORM) for vendor assessments and risk evaluations.
Assist in procurement and supply chain management processes.
Support project coordination and management efforts, including tracking progress and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Build strong partnerships with leadership and consult effectively on vendor-related risks and decisions.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for documentation, reporting, and communication.
Exercise independent judgment and apply creative problem-solving techniques to resolve vendor-related challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1+ year of procurement and supply chain management experience.
2+ years of third-party risk management experience.
Project coordination and management skills with experience handling vendor relationships.
Working knowledge of TPRM Policy and Processes.
Familiarity with the System for Third-Party Operational Risk Management (STORM).
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong ability to consult, collaborate, and communicate effectively with leadership.
Excellent problem-solving skills and independent decision-making capabilities.
