Job Title: Client Assets Analyst
Location: Salt Lake City, UT (On-Site Required)
Duration: 6 months
Pay Rate: $20-$23/HR

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL:

• Build and maintain a deep technical understanding of the firm s books and records and inventory management flows
• Join a strong team of subject matter experts
• Partner with the GMD and CWM businesses to help facilitate new commercial opportunities
• Participate and drive various business intelligence initiatives within the team aimed at promoting and improving efficiencies and control
• Opportunity to interact with the SEC, FINRA and Auditors at the forefront of the regulatory environment
• Review, implement and revise existing processes and control to provide first-in-class protection to our clients

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in financial services.
• Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability, and a risk and control mentality paired with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines while ensuring accuracy.
• Aptitude for building relationships and the ability to communicate complex issues to a wide audience.
• Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership and accountability of projects while managing competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Accounting educational background or work experience preferred.
• Interest in and aptitude for analyzing exceptions within the firm's books and records.
• Proactive approach in addressing issues.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tooling (Alteryx, Tableau, etc.)
