Job Title: AWS QA/Test Manager

Location:  Remote
Pay:  $70/hr - W2 ONLY
Duration:  5 Months Contract

Job Summary:
The Compliance and Operational Risk Testing Analyst will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the testing processes to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and operational risk policies/procedures. This role requires collaboration with team leads and directors to develop and implement testing strategies, as well as utilizing critical thinking and project management skills to meet deadlines effectively. The ideal candidate will bring subject matter expertise and hands-on experience with AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute testing to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and operational risk policies.
• Assist in the creation, review, and execution of test steps to identify potential compliance and operational risks.
• Provide input and subject matter expertise during the testing process, following the direction of Leads and Directors.
• Utilize critical thinking and project management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Support the ECORT testing team in performing comprehensive testing and risk assessments.
• Prepare documentation and reports to capture test results and findings.
• Identify potential areas of improvement and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated with compliance regulations and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in compliance and operational risk testing.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and the ability to apply cloud-based testing practices.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management abilities to meet testing deadlines and milestones.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams.
• Ability to document findings and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
