JOB DESCRIPTION

Product Strategy and Leadership

• Ability to set product strategy for the agile team, in collaboration with the Senior Manager – Product Owner 
• Strong experience in managing product roadmaps and backlogs, particularly in core infrastructure and security services related to middleware technologies (e.g., WebSphere, Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere Liberty, Apache).
• Strong understanding of product ownership and agile methodologies.
• Ability to build and manage a strong product backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
• Capable of setting up and maintaining KPIs and OKRs for product teams.
• Proven skills in defining MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) and user stories to deliver product features and align with OKRs.
• Ensure product features and processes adhere to company compliance, risk management standards, and security protocols.
• Ability to inspect and evaluate product progress through each iteration and ensure that quality standards are met, including releasing necessary security patches.

Desirable Additional Skills

• Experience with JIRA: Proficiency in building roadmaps and user story mapping.
• Containerized Platforms Knowledge: Basic understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift.
• Cloud Platforms Knowledge: Basic knowledge of AWS and Google Cloud platforms.
• Growth Mindset: Demonstrates enthusiasm for learning new technologies quickly and applying the knowledge to product areas.
