Role Type: W2 contract, No c2c
W2 hourly rate: upto 75$
Schedule: Hybrid
Location: Minneapolis, MN or Denver, CO Office locations (Hybrid can be considered with min. 3 days in office)
Contract: 12 months with opportunity to extend or convert
Years of experience: 5-7 is a minimum requirement.
Travel: 25% travel (Reimbursed)

Position Summary
The IT Solution Analyst (Consultant) for the SAP EAM/PM area is responsible for leading work within or across end-to-end solution lifecycle of Operations team. They hold accountability for meeting business needs, supporting business strategy, and ensuring IT solutions have sound operation across all Business Units. They provide in-depth knowledge of the business needs, business processes, and corresponding solutions within SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and non-SAP connected systems within the Operations area. They provide technical guidance in partnership with cross-organizational team members to ensure solutions align with architecture and IT strategy. They are a key contact to business, customer and stakeholder groups for their respective domain, helping ensure business needs and corresponding value and risk are well represented.
Responsibilities
Relationship Management:
- Partner with business areas, customers and other stakeholders to understand business needs and opportunities across all Business Units
- Represent business partners/stakeholders in input to strategic planning and investment prioritization.
- Establish and maintain collaborative partnership with internal partners. Provide coaching and direction to less experienced team members.
Solution Delivery:
- Participate in multiple Projects, Demand Management preparation, lead and support delivery lifecycle activities, and ensure solutions are designed for great user experience and operational performance.
- Facilitate delivery meetings and ceremonies. Lead analysis and design. Provide needed plans, demo's, artifacts, and procedural documentation.
Operations Management:
- Ensure solutions are designed for stable operation.
- Review solution performance, and continually assess health of systems and processes, driving action to avoid service disruption and minimize impacts.
- Drive alignment with stakeholders on maintenance activities and schedules.
Subject Matter Expertise:
- Stay abreast of industry and technology trends within Operations EAM area to continuously improve solution delivery practices and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Science, Business or related field, or 4 years of experience equivalent to the position.
- Seven years of related functional experience required with SAP EAM with Projects or Product delivery practices, including SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall with Utilities client (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to recommend innovative solutions to meet business needs.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement through lean and agile practices.
- Demonstrated in depth knowledge of SAP EAM end-to-end process and system capabilities especially in S/4 HANA system, as well as industry standards and emerging technologies and methods.
- Strong understand of technical, functional, and operational details of respective solutions.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build functional and technical subject matter expertise, process and tools expertise, and drive consistency in processes. In-depth knowledge or the ability to quickly attain expertise on core IT components within the respective domain.
- Excellent communication skills, effective with varying organizational levels and skill set, and able to translate between technical and non-technical concepts.
- Excellent Relationship Management and collaboration skills, with a track record of working as one team cross-organizationally to drive innovation and business results.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Hands-on functional, configuration and design experience with SAP (S/4 HANA preferred with Fiori) systems in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Plant Maintenance (PM)/Service Management (SM) and Project Systems (PS) modules.
- Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) module experience is a plus.
- Responsible for full life cycle implementation of SAP EAM, from business requirements gathering through conducting business workshops, including gap analysis, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, cutover, data migration, go-live, training, and post go-live support.
- Contribute to the implementation and execution of the SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance processes and its integration with Utilities Field Execution solutions (SAP Asset Manager, SAP Field Service Management etc.) and GIS systems (ESRI, Smallworld etc.):
- Asses current state, identify customer requirements and define future state and/or business solution.Expertise in Preventive Maintenance plans, Functional locations & Equipment Master Data, Characteristics, Measurement points, Work Centers Capacity planning and scheduling, Equipment BOMs, Task lists, Notification, Maintenance & Service order management, Service Contracts & Service Entry Sheets, Compatible Units, Project Structure and Work breakdown structure (WBS) Hierarchy, Cost Flow Analysis of Work Orders, etc.
- Knowledge of integration of SAP PM with other modules including PS, MM, WM, HR, FI/CO and BW HANA Sidecar integration for Reporting.
- Knowledge of S/4 HANA Fiori Apps library for EAM area is a plus.
- SAP Certification is a plus.
- Domestic US Travel upto 25% or more (during Projects) as required for the job.
