Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience in consulting, military service, or education.
• Strong background in project management, strategic planning, and process improvement.
• Experience working with corporate lending products and understanding of related regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to drive complex initiatives from conception to execution in a highly matrixed environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing and maintaining multi-year strategic roadmaps.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking) lending transformation.
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Experience with business process reengineering and change management initiatives.
