Job Description
Database Administrator (SQL)Location: Tampa, FL 33605
Work Schedule: On-site 3 days per week & Remote
8 Hours per day with flexibility to work outside of business hours for project or operational support.
Business Hours: 9am -3pm
Duration: 6-month minimum
Description:
- Responsible for building new or modifying existing database systems by producing the prescribed deliverables with direction and review by more senior staff.
- Utilizes appropriate development tools and technologies that align with the company’s IT architecture.
- May interact with outside consulting firm personnel and software hardware vendors.
Scope of Services:
- Participate as a Database Administrator as part of a team of five DBA’s.
- Will be involved in database upgrades, projects and operational support.
- Will be interacting with developers and end users.
- May be asked to work on-call hours in case of a storm or hurricane.
- SQL Server, Oracle database, Powershell,
- Active Directory, Linux, Windows, SSRS, SSIS, Azure
- 1 year – 3 years min
