Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Specialist for a W2 contract opportunity with one of our largest clients!

Job Title: Provider Specialist
Duration: 6 months
W2 contract engagement (22-24/HR)
Location: Detroit, MI
Schedule: Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Validating provider information through auditing processes to reduce and eliminate inaccurate data for accuracy and auditing purposes.
• Increase provider accuracy on members websites by eliminating outdated information.
• Perform several outreaches daily to providers across Michigan to verify certainty of demographic information such as phone numbers, addresses, and accepting new patients.
• Review and process results of audits for validity in collaboration with leadership to ensure accurate data is uploaded into the database.
