client does not allow c2c or 1099 so you will be our W2 employee
1 year contract with opportunity for extension and conversion (LONG TERM)
100% REMOTE (EST Time Zone)

Marketing/Creative - Sr Instructional Designer
Provides the needs analysis, measurement and design of learning programs for all Lowe's employees, development and delivery of programs, as well as supportive content/reinforcement of training. Responsible for ensuring that all Lowe's employees have the necessary skills and behaviors required to perform their jobs effectively and safely. Also responsible for creating and managing the Lowe's onboarding program and new employee orientation process.

- product knowledge information each week
- info will be provided for the development of scripts/videos and info that goes into the learning management system
- critical: collaborative, working hard fast and smart
- some experience developing material for retail store associates
- Axonify- elearning in a microlearning format
- 15-16 videos a week that need to be produced, 1-3 minutes total in length
- primarily using adobe express/premier and vimeo
- ability to edit graphics is helpful
- smartsheet knowledge is nice but can be trained
- about product categories, customer focus,
- one category per month and all the pieces that align to it each week
- supporting 14 different departments
- retail experience
- don't need highly technical resumes
- Note - Along with all the specs we listed, experience developing training for retail store sales associates is important.
