Pharmacy Technician
Location: Detroit, MI (REMOTE)
Contract: 5 Months
Pay rate: $20-22
Engagement Description –
This Pharmacy Technician Role is within a remote contact center. Our goal is to handle inbound mail related to M3P program, as well as Member and Provider inquiries concerning benefits and coverage determinations. Our timeframes are extremely tight (urgent 24 hours, standard 72 hours). A. Work Hours
- Monday thru Friday 8am and as late as 6pm. On-site on rotational basis. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs. Help desk is opened Mon. – Fri. 8am to 9pm.
- Peak Season Oct. to Mar.
Schedules are based on seniority and company needs
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience –
- Retail Pharmacy experience – at least 2 years
- Good computer skills (Typing, outlook, excel, etc)
- Good fundamental knowledge of drug names and drug classes

Preferred Skills/Experience –
- Call center experience
- CMS knowledge
Education/Certifications –
- CPhT preferred (Certified Pharmacy Tech licensed)
