Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
• Background in regulatory engineering or compliance space, particularly focused on eCommunication capture and archival (e.g., Email, Instant Messaging/Chat, SMS Text).
• Hands-on experience with regulatory archive and surveillance tools, such as Smarsh/Vantage, ZL, and ThetaLake (or similar).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and automation using APIs.
• Experience in data analytics, utilizing multiple data sources to inform project strategies and decisions.
• Proven ability to develop change, implementation, and testing documentation.

• Familiarity with compliance ecosystems and best practices in regulatory engineering.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, navigating complex regulatory challenges.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ensuring high standards in compliance and documentation.
