12 months – W2 onsite position – 5 days in office

 

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience providing analysis and documenting requirements for the ServiceNow platform.

Desired:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Experience with hands-on implementation of any ServiceNow native AI capabilities
Direct experience handling implementations of AI within ServiceNow
Proven experience of defining and capturing measurable outcomes (metrics of value)
