Key Skills:
- 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, or Scrum Master roles.
- Strong technical and system integration knowledge, specifically in UI
- Bachelor’s degree
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for one highly skilled Technical Project Manager (TPMs) to join our UI development teams The ideal candidate will have experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environment, and be capable of wearing multiple hats, such as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Facilitator, driving projects from initiation to delivery.
This role requires someone who can effectively manage communication between the tech team and stakeholders, ensure smooth project execution, handle comprehensive documentation, and works seamlessly with external vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a scrum master and project manager to lead and facilitate the end-to-end project lifecycle for development projects
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Facility communication between the technical team and stakeholders, ensuring transparency, and managing expectations.
- Manage project, documentation, including project plans, status, report, meeting, notes, and risk logs
- Work closely with external vendors, both technology partners, and resource vendors, to ensure timely delivery of tools, resources, and services.
- Identify and mitigate risks, remove blockers, and ensure the team is on track to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks according to business goals.
- Ensure compliance with the client’s technology standards, and best practices.
Basic qualifications:
- 4-year-Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
- 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, or Scrum Master roles.
- Strong technical and system integration knowledge, specifically in UI
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and experience leading agile teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to facilitate conversations between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficient in project management tools (ex., Jira and Confluence) and agile frameworks
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibility in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Scrum / Agile training with 2+ experience in running scrums, sprint grooming & planning, and reviewing agile project metrics
- Experience delivering web applications is highly preferred
