Job Title: Website Analytics Specialist
Location:  Remote
Pay:  $64-$66/hr W2 ONLY

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Website Analytics Specialist to join our Home Loans Division. This role is critical in supporting our public website team by providing in-depth analytics, driving data-driven decision-making, and ensuring that the website achieves performance goals while delivering an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analytics Support for the Public Website:

    • Provide detailed analytics and insights to optimize website performance, user engagement, and conversion rates.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics using Adobe Analytics.
    • Collaborate with the public website Product Owner to ensure data accuracy and derive actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports in Adobe Analytics and Tableau to visualize key metrics and trends for stakeholders.
  • Support for the Digital Team:

    • Provide analytics support to the broader digital marketing team, ensuring alignment between website performance and digital campaign outcomes.
    • Analyze data from various channels to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend optimizations.
  • Technical Expertise:

    • Utilize Adobe Suite tools, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Target, to create audiences, set up tagging, and conduct audience analysis.
    • Implement and manage 1st and 3rd party tags in Adobe Launch for accurate data collection and compliance with privacy standards.
    • Query and merge Adobe Clickstream data with Tableau for analysis and reporting.
  • Collaboration and Communication:

    • Partner closely with development, product, and content teams to provide insights on user behavior and recommend changes to enhance user experience and site performance.
    • Communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • Hands-on experience with website analytics in a high-traffic, customer-facing environment.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, and product owners.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in SQL and Python for querying and analyzing large datasets.
    • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Target.
    • Experience with Tableau and MS Excel for data visualization and reporting.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    • Familiarity with financial services, particularly in home loans and mortgage products.
    • Understanding of compliance and privacy considerations in data collection and analytics within a financial services environment.
  • Attributes:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
