Title: SAP ABAP Lead Developer
Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid (3 days in office T,W,T))

Duration: 12 Months
Role Type: W2 contract engagement

Job Summary: SAP ABAP lead developers should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in the ABAP programming language, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Note:  Experience with S4Hana migration and might be using smart shift

Responsibilities:

An SAP ABAP lead developer's responsibilities include:

• Research and design: Research, analyze, and design SAP software applications and data processing requirements
• Development: Develop code, conduct code walkthroughs, and ensure all standards are met
• Testing: Plan and execute unit testing, string testing, and integration testing
• Documentation: Develop user documentation and technical specification documents
• Collaboration: Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Communication: Communicate complex data into simple and precise language for the rest of the company
• Monitoring: Monitor the development on a daily basis to maintain the delivery schedule
• Adaptability: Adapt existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems
