Job Title: Chemical Field Technician
Location: Kansas City, MO
Pay: $57,500.00 per year (with milestone raises up to $65,000)
Schedule: Full-time, Local Routes

The Role:
We are hiring a Chemical Field Technician to join our Kansas City team. You will drive a company-provided vehicle to perform scheduled service visits, deliver products, and maintain automated chemical dispensing systems. This is a local role with extremely rare overnight travel. We provide up to a full year of comprehensive, hands-on training to ensure you are fully self-sufficient.

Responsibilities:

• Drive to B2B customer locations to install, repair, and maintain chemical dispensing systems.
• Program and maintain production formulas using standardized chemical cheat sheets.
• Partner with Senior Technicians to audit systems and train customers.
• Communicate professionally with clients, including discussing account details and overdue invoices.
• Document service visits using company software on laptops and tablets.

Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of technical field service experience (appliance repair or HVAC preferred).
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Highly professional appearance and strong customer service skills.
• Military background is a strong plus.
