Location: Belle Glade, FL
Pay: $20-$30 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts with overtime available

Are you an experienced Industrial Painter who takes pride in clean prep work, consistent coverage, and a professional finish?

We are hiring a skilled painter to join a growing industrial machinery manufacturer in Belle Glade, FL. You will prepare and paint machinery components used in American-made CNC router tables and channel letter bending equipment.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare machinery parts by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming surfaces

• Apply paint and protective coatings using air and airless spray equipment

• Mix paints and match custom colors according to job specifications

• Maintain consistent coverage, proper thickness, and a high-quality finish

• Inspect completed work and perform touch-ups as needed

• Clean and maintain spray equipment, tools, and work areas

• Follow safety procedures for the proper handling of paints and coatings

• Work closely with production team members to meet quality and scheduling goals

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of industrial painting, machinery painting, or auto body experience

• Experience operating air and airless paint sprayers

• Knowledge of paints, primers, coatings, thinners, and surface preparation methods

• Ability to mix paint and match colors accurately

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to read technical drawings, work orders, or specifications

• Dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
