Job Title: Division Vice President, HVAC Operations
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $175,000 to $200,000 per year (Plus lucrative profit sharing plan)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Occasional weekends and travel required)

We are a premier, highly successful home services and HVAC company operating across the Greater Phoenix area. Our core business is heavily focused on Residential New Construction (RNC) and building strategic partnerships with major home builders. We are actively expanding our leadership team and are looking for a dedicated executive to guide our Northwest Phoenix division into its next phase of aggressive growth.

The Role: We are hiring a full time Division Vice President to take responsibility for our daily operations. You will serve as the senior most leader at our local branch, reporting directly to the Senior Vice President. You will oversee all division operations, build your own management team, and ensure operational execution across our RNC and home services projects. This role requires up to 25 percent occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the organization's strategic plan in alignment with corporate goals.
• Manage approved budgets and operating expenses to achieve the division's financial plan.
• Coach and develop the management team, holding all departments accountable for results.
• Break down departmental silos and foster a collaborative, one-team culture.
• Establish a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with workplace training standards.

Requirements:

• 10 plus years of experience in operations management.
• 10 plus years of experience leading successful, productive teams.
• Previous successful experience with Residential New Construction (RNC) HVAC is strictly required.
• Prior P&L ownership responsibility is mandatory.
• Proven ability to interpret financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) and link them to operational KPIs.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
