Job Title: HVAC Production Manager
Location: Irving, TX
Pay: $85,000.00 to $90,000.00 Base ($115,000.00 Target Total Comp)

The Role:
We are hiring a full-time HVAC Production Manager. You will oversee the financial and operational execution of 20 to 25 residential installation crews, acting as the critical bridge between executive leadership and field operations.

Responsibilities:

• Track KPIs, manage labor efficiency, and optimize gross profit margins.
• Monitor job costing, payroll, and material leakage across all retrofit installs.
• Partner with sales and field supervisors to ensure seamless production.

Requirements:

• Extensive background in residential HVAC installation operations.
• Proven ability to analyze P&L statements at the gross margin level.
• Valid Driver's License and clean background.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on accountability.
