Job Title: General Manager (HVAC)
Location: Austin, TX
Pay: $90,000 to $120,000 per year base + commissions/profit sharing

The Role:
We are hiring a full time General Manager to lead our February launch. You will start by running service calls and managing daily business operations. As we scale to three vans within the first year, your role will transition heavily into operations, coaching, and management. You will be able to dispatch directly from your home within the territory.

Responsibilities:

• Perform physical HVAC service and replacements, including working in attics.
• Manage daily business operations, ordering, and customer service delivery.
• Grow the business by establishing strong community connections.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational excellence.
• Utilize our CRM system meticulously to track all quotes and jobs.

Requirements:

• Class A or Class B HVAC License is required.
• Must have deep HVAC knowledge and proven field experience.
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, upbeat attitude.
