Job Title: HVAC Working General Manager
Location: Charleston, SC Pay: $70,000 to $120,000 per year (depending on experience and credentials)
Schedule: Monday to Friday

The Role: We are hiring a full-time HVAC Working General Manager. You will be the foundational field leader, serving as a hands-on technician for the first 9 to 15 months while we scale the business and hit our revenue targets. As the team grows, you will transition into a traditional General Manager role overseeing operations, training, and customer retention. Relocation assistance is available for candidates in surrounding South Carolina markets.

Responsibilities:

• Execute high quality HVAC installations and service calls for residential and semi custom new-build clients.
• Partner with the owner to establish field processes, customer service standards, and training protocols.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues on job sites.
• Lead by example, demonstrating punctuality, preparation, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements:

• 8 years of proven experience in residential and commercial HVAC.
• EPA Section 608 Certification required.
• Must hold a valid Driver's License and pass a comprehensive background check.
• Ability to perform physical field work daily, lifting up to 50 lbs safely.
• South Carolina HVAC/Mechanical license.
