HVAC License Holder (Qualifying Party)

A well-established, franchise-backed residential HVAC company in the Charlotte area is seeking an experienced North Carolina HVAC License Holder (Qualifying Party) to serve as the company's designated license holder. This is primarily a hands-off position with minimal day-to-day involvement, ideal for a licensed professional looking to generate additional income while supporting a growing organization.

Compensation

• Monthly Compensation: $2,000–$3,000 (depending on experience and level of involvement)

• Additional compensation available for consulting, project reviews, or advisory support, if requested

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated HVAC Qualifying Party for the company in accordance with North Carolina licensing requirements.

• Ensure the company remains in compliance with applicable state licensing and regulatory standards.

• Be available for occasional consultation or guidance regarding licensing or code-related matters, as needed.

• Support the business in maintaining professional and ethical industry standards.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina HVAC Contractor License in good standing (required)

• Eligible to serve as the Qualifying Party for a licensed HVAC contractor

• Thorough understanding of North Carolina HVAC codes and licensing requirements

• Previous experience serving as a license holder or qualifying party is preferred, but not required

• Strong reputation for professionalism and integrity
