Compensation: $80,000$110,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonuses (Expected First-Year Earnings: $90,000$120,000+)

We're seeking a General Manager to help launch and grow a new HVAC operation serving the Omaha market. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground level and play a key role in building a company known for exceptional customer service, strong culture, and long-term growth.
This position is ideal for a leader who understands HVAC but is equally passionate about developing people, driving performance, and creating an outstanding customer experience. We are not simply looking for the strongest technician in the fieldwe are looking for someone who thinks like an owner and wants to help build a business.
Lead the daily operations of the business
Build and develop a high-performing team
Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability
Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Manage scheduling, technician productivity, and operational efficiency
Coach and mentor technicians and support staff
Monitor key performance indicators and business performance
Present repair and replacement solutions with integrity
Build relationships with referral partners and community stakeholders
Help establish company culture, systems, and operational processes
Partner directly with ownership to execute growth initiatives
Within your first 90 days, you will:
Build trust with ownership, technicians, and customers
Establish strong operating rhythms and accountability
Become proficient with company systems and processes
Create a positive, team-first culture
Improve technician productivity and customer satisfaction
Begin building a strong reputation in the Omaha market
Lay the foundation for sustainable long-term growth
5+ years of HVAC industry experience
2+ years of leadership or management experience
Omaha Metro HVAC Master License (or ability to qualify the business)
EPA Universal Certification
Valid Driver's License
Strong communication and leadership skills
Residential and commercial HVAC experience
ServiceTitan experience
HVAC sales experience
Experience recruiting, developing, and managing technicians
Previous operational or P&L responsibility
