Job Description:
A premier luxury motor yacht facility in Stuart, FL is seeking an experienced Marine Service Writer to join their team immediately as they enter their peak busy season. Serving as the primary assistant to the Service Manager and the main face of the customer service department, this individual coordinates client check-ins, builds complex job orders, and directly manages the comprehensive daily technician schedule for an elite luxury fleet.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Marine Service Writer, Yacht Operations Advisor, or Service Coordinator within a high end luxury setting.
• Outstanding communication skills with a polished ability to converse confidently with upscale clients.
• Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage dynamic schedule changes when project parameters expand.
• High proficiency with modern project routing software. Experience utilizing Asana is strongly preferred.
