What You'll Do
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems
Perform plumbing installations, replacements, and upgrades
Service water heaters, fixtures, drains, piping, and other residential plumbing equipment
Conduct routine maintenance and preventative service work
Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
Present solutions and recommendations that meet customer needs
Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication
Complete accurate service documentation and collect required job information
Maintain compliance with local plumbing codes and company safety standards
What We're Looking For
Journeyman-level plumbing experience
5+ years of residential plumbing experience
Experience with ServiceTitan
Proven experience with plumbing service, repair, troubleshooting, and installation work
Strong sales aptitude and ability to recommend solutions with confidence and integrity
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
