This position is based out of our Fuquay-Varina office and serves residential customers throughout the greater Raleigh area.

Key Responsibilities

As a Residential Electrician Installer, you will perform residential electrical installations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Install residential electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment

• Install ceiling fans, lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, EV chargers, generators, and electrical panels

• Complete electrical panel replacements, panel upgrades, and service upgrades

• Perform electrical troubleshooting when necessary during installations

• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local electrical codes and company standards

• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout each project

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Accurately document completed work and installation details

• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first attitude

Qualifications

• Experience performing residential electrical installations

• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems

• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and diagrams

• Working knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician License (preferred but not required)

• Experience with electrical panel replacements and service upgrades

• Generator installation experience

• EV charger installation experience

• Previous experience working in customer-facing residential environments
