Lead HVAC/R Technician 

Looking for  experienced techs who can run calls, diagnose issues, and get the job done right.

You’ll work on a wide range of systems, from residential units to commercial equipment, with a team that values quality over shortcuts.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Service RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, walk-in coolers/freezers
• Perform installs and system replacements
• Communicate clearly with customers and explain solutions
• Participate in an on-call rotation

What You Need

• 3–5 years of HVAC experience
• EPA Refrigerant Certification
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your day
