Job Title: Residential HVAC Helper
Location: Fort Pierce, FL
Compensation: $18 to $22 per hour + Benefits Package

We have an immediate opening for an HVAC Installer Helper in the Fort Pierce area. This position is designed for someone who is highly observant and understands the "flow" of a job site. We need someone who can anticipate the next step in an installation and have the right tool or part ready before it is even asked for.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with the removal of old units and the installation of new high efficiency HVAC systems.
• Manage inventory on the truck to ensure the team has everything needed for a successful day.
• Maintain a "zero compromise" attitude toward safety and local building codes.
• Engage with customers to ensure they are comfortable and informed throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using power tools.
• A valid Florida driver's license.
• The emotional intelligence to handle high pressure situations and diverse customer personalities.A genuine desire to grow
• within the HVAC industry and obtain future certifications.
