Are you an experienced HVAC professional ready to step into a leadership role? We’re looking for a Lead HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. You’ll primarily focus on service calls, while also supporting installs and maintenance as needed. There is no on-call requirement currently, though we anticipate introducing a light rotation in the future as we continue to grow.

Lead and perform service, troubleshooting, and repair of residential HVAC systems
Support installations and routine maintenance as needed
Diagnose issues and provide honest, effective solutions—no high-pressure sales
Mentor and support junior technicians in the field
Ensure all work meets company standards, safety protocols, and local codes
Deliver top-tier customer service and represent the company with professionalism
Experience: 4+ years of residential HVAC experience (service-focused preferred)
Leadership Ability: Experience leading jobs or mentoring other techs is a strong plus
Certifications: EPA Certification required
Skills: Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Mindset: Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated to grow with the company
