We’re hiring experienced recruiters with a strong background in skilled trades recruiting to support high-demand hiring across the trades industry. This role is dedicated exclusively to skilled trades recruiting—no healthcare, IT, manufacturing, or general labor.
This is a fast-paced, high-output environment built for recruiters who are driven by activity, urgency, and results. The right person will be energized by sourcing, outbound recruiting, and consistently making placements in a production-focused setting.
Recruit skilled trades professionals across industries including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, and field service
Generate and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through consistent outbound recruiting and sourcing
Manage the full recruiting cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, submittals, and placements
Submit qualified candidates accurately and efficiently through internal and client systems
Maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring process
Manage multiple open positions at once in a high-volume environment
Proactively source talent daily—this is a heavily outbound recruiting role, not an inbound-only desk
This is a metrics-driven role with clear performance standards:
50–100 outbound calls per day
10+ placements per week
Consistent pipeline generation and candidate engagement
Proven recruiting experience within the skilled trades industry
Strong sourcing skills with confidence in cold calling and outbound outreach
Ability to succeed in a high-volume, KPI-driven recruiting environment
Experience using Boolean search techniques and multiple sourcing platforms
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with accountability and urgency
$50,000–$60,000 base salary plus commission
