Experienced Signage Installer (Vinyl & Wraps)

Location: Detroit Metro / Southeast Michigan
Compensation: $25-$27/hr + Bonuses (annually)

We’re looking for a skilled, hands-on installer who knows what they’re doing with vinyl, lettering, and vehicle wraps.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Installing vinyl signage, lettering, and vehicle wraps in real-world environments
• Working from blueprints, install specs, and technical drawings
• Measuring, cutting, and applying materials with accuracy (no shortcuts)
• Handling tools confidently and safely on-site
• Coordinating directly with clients and internal teams to get the job done right
• Owning your work - clean installs, no re-dos

What It Takes

• 3-7 years of real, hands-on installation experience (vinyl, signage, wraps, or window tinting)
• Ability to work independently in the field without constant direction
• Strong attention to detail - your installs represent the company
• Comfortable working in different environments (indoor/outdoor, job sites, tight, confined spaces, healthcare facilities, etc.)
• Reliable, professional, and takes pride in craftsmanship
