Residential Service Electrician

�� $50,000–$100,000 + performance bonuses

About the Role

We’re looking for a Residential Service Electrician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time, communicates well with homeowners, and can run service calls independently without needing someone over their shoulder.

This is a role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working in the field, and representing a company in customers’ homes the right way — not just turning wrenches, but actually owning the outcome of each job.

You’ll be supported with training, structure, and a steady flow of work — but how far you grow here depends on how you show up every day.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems
• Handle service calls, troubleshooting, and upgrades
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and explain solutions simply
• Provide accurate, honest pricing and job findings
• Work independently from a fully stocked service vehicle
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
• Deliver a strong customer experience on every call

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years residential electrical experience
• Strong troubleshooting ability
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Solid communication skills with customers
• Clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and consistency

Nice to have:

• Electrical license or certifications
• Generator experience
• Additional residential service experience
