We are hiring a Service Manager to support and scale our Commercial HVAC operations. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role designed for an experienced commercial HVAC professional who can step in when situations get complex - supporting technicians in the field, visiting job sites, resolving issues in real time, and maintaining strong client relationships.
This is not a desk-only role. The ideal candidate is a seasoned commercial technician with leadership presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead calmly under pressure.
