Position Overview You will handle a variety of residential plumbing repairs installations and maintenance tasks in homes across the metro area. Expect to diagnose issues quickly perform quality work efficiently communicate clearly with homeowners and follow established processes that drive high customer satisfaction scores.

Main Responsibilities

• Accurately diagnose and repair common and complex residential plumbing problems including leaks drains water heaters fixtures and piping.
• Install new plumbing systems components and upgrades while maintaining company standards for quality and code compliance.
• Interact professionally with customers explaining issues options and completed work to build trust and earn positive reviews.
• Manage your daily route use provided tools and technology to document jobs and ensure timely completion.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of verifiable residential plumbing service experience with references available.
• Solid problem solving skills critical thinking and a genuine enjoyment of customer facing work.
• Valid drivers license with clean record.
• Able to pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Self motivated individual comfortable working independently with minimal direct oversight.
