As a Territory Manager, you’ll:

• Oversee and support water heater and plumbing installation teams

• Hire, train, and mentor staff

• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality and safety

• Maintain relationships with business partners and expand market presence

• Step in for installations as needed

What You Bring

• NC Plumbing License (required)

• Leadership or supervisory experience

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to travel across NC, SC & VA

• Valid driver’s license, clean background, and able to lift 50+ lbs

• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service
