The role involves allowing the company to operate under your active plumbing license in accordance with Ohio state regulations. The ideal candidate will maintain professional oversight and ensure compliance with state and local plumbing codes but will not be responsible for fieldwork or management duties.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the qualifying plumbing license holder for the company.

• Maintain compliance with state and local plumbing codes and licensing requirements.

• Be available for periodic communication with company leadership or licensing boards as needed.

• Provide minimal oversight or consultation to ensure regulatory adherence (no fieldwork required).

What You Bring

• Active Ohio Plumbing License (or eligibility to hold/transfer license in Ohio).

• Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of plumbing codes and state licensing standards.

• Professional integrity and willingness to maintain compliance for the company.

• No requirement to live in Ohio — remote candidates welcome.
